David and Francesco moved to Puglia in 2012 to get away from the hustle and bustle of London life and start a new chapter in their lives.

David has many years of experience in hospitality and retail while Francesco has been a stylist, designer and fashion consultant in both London and Rome for many years.

 

When David finally managed to coax Francesco to return to his native Italy, the two brought with them a unique flair for design, which is reflected in the decor at both Trullo and Casa della Scrittrice beautifully 

complimenting their existing 

charm.
